Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Can I return my item?

All of my items are handmade to order and are created to your requirements. This means that unfortunately I am unable to issue returns for these items.

My item is damaged/wrong, what can I do?

I try my hardest to ensure all parcels are packaged with attention and care, but I am human, and sometimes I may make a mistake, or delivery companies may have an issue during transit. If your item is damaged or incorrect, then I will happily replace the item for you. You have 14 days upon receipt of your item to inform me of any damages or faults. Please email me at sales@cococreates.co.uk along with your order number, your issue, and pictures of the item/packaging, and I will try to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible!

 

Please do not send items back to me without prior agreement. It will not guarantee any form of refund or replacement!

Please note that some of my items may be already in a box, which I will have to open in order to personalise them - I will try my hardest to avoid damages, but there may be imperfections on the box.

Use of the site and website uptime

It is not necessary to register with us in order to use the website. All personal data and other information provided by you is processed by Coco Creates in accordance with the privacy policy below. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information (including your name and address) you upload to the site, is correct and accurate. Please ensure that you check all information before making a purchase.

Although all reasonable measures are taken to ensure that this website is operational at all times, occassionaly technical issues may occur and may result in some downtime. Coco Creates will not be liable if, for any reason, any of the services are unavailable at any time for any period. Where possible, notice will be given in advance

of maintenance issues that may result in website downtime, but Coco Creates shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

Visitor provided material

Any material that a user uploads to the site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Coco Creates has the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose for such other purpose as deemed appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered in our privacy policy below.

When using this site, material you post or send to or from the site must not:

• Be material for which you have not obtained all necessary consents;

• Be defamatory of any person;

• Contain material which is obscene, pornographic, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, offensive, hateful, threatening or inflammatory;

By breaching this provision, you would commit  a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Any such breach will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the site will cease immediately.
